What Is Affiliate Marketing?
An affiliate is a subordinate or subsidiary associate;
a person who is affiliated with another or with an organization.
Therefore, Affiliate Marketing is simply a subordinate helping a superior
to sell for commission, the marketer in this case being
“subordinate” to the “product owner”.
How does it work?
A Producer, realizes that he cannot sell as much of his product as he could
on his own without others helping him.
